Most women want and enjoy sex just as much as men. We should be able to admit that and not feel "slutty". We can't let the men have all the fun. We do not exist to serve men (as some men still believe is the role of women in the bedroom and elsewhere), but to share in the sexual enjoyment of sex.
The recommendation is those of us in a long-term relationship to sex at least once a week. But how many of us are having sex at least once a week? For those who are sexually dissatisfied, what is the problem? Drugs don't seem to help. Drug companies only wished they did. In fact, drugs seem to be part of the problem. So we should learn to stop popping pills as solutions to our problems. There are healthier alternatives. Try communicating with our partners about our needs. So what causes sexual arousal for women?
