First Lady Starts White House's Vegetable Garden

Michelle Obama promotes healthy eating by planting a vegetable garden, among them, spinach, snow peas, carrots, and mint. She started digging into the White House lawn with a group of students to get it started. With the recession, many Americans are turning to planting their own fruits and vegetables. It saves money. Tending to a garden can be a bonding experience for the family. Here's to healthy eating, healthy family.
