House Wine - Goodbye Art

Amy Winehouse is falling apart in front of our eyes, literally, and in Phil's art project. He explored the freezing property of wine and discovered that it freezes at 15 degrees Fahrenheit. Using 6 liters of wine, frozen at -5 Fahrenheit or -20 Celsius, he etched Amy Winehouse's portrait onto it and then waited for it to fall apart, melting in room temperature. Beautiful!
