The view is awesome as the International Space Station flies over the Earth in this time-lapsed video. It goes over the bodies of water and countries. It looks like the perspective from an airplane, but even more zoomed out. We see areas of gray, blue, golden lights, and blinding sunlight. Amazing!

On February 10, 2010, record-setting snowfall in Washington D.C. covered the White House. The snow coated everything and at one point almost completely enveloped the White House. Workers could be seen plowing it. There was much effort put into clearing it so that people can walk and play in the snow again.
Nature did not take mercy on Haiti when a 7.0 earthquake struck the country and left an estimated over 100,000 dead. Due to its weak infrastructure, every building sustained damage from the quake. The human pain and agony prevail long after the initial shocks. The loss is great.
Haitian radio DJ, Carel Pedre, provides his eyewitness account of the devastation that hit his country. He saw walls collapsing and buildings falling down. People were crying. They were afraid to stay in their houses. His primary concern was his search for his one-year-old daughter. We need to do our part to help the Haitians in their effort to rebuild their families, houses, and country.
Charles takes us to the beach with his girlfriend and shows us the incredible beauty of the deep blue sea. The turquoise and blues of the ocean contrast nicely with the browns of the sand and rocks. The huge rocks record the history of the natural events that have given them their irregular appearance. The sea is breathtaking, visually stunning and calming. Let's go to the beach and see what we discover about nature and ourselves.
Pretty, pretty snowflakes of varying sizes falling falling from the sky in the stillness of the wintry day. Against the green forest, they create beautifully soothing sounds. Simply breathtaking!
